Omega Seafoods UAE is a B2B-only procurement service. By using our platform or placing an order, you agree to the standard commercial terms outlined below.
1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and the supply of products. By accessing our platform or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Order Placement
Order confirmations are subject to availability. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Minimum order values may apply.
3. Delivery and Acceptance
Risk is transferred upon delivery. Customers are required to inspect the products upon receipt and report any issues immediately to the delivery team for prompt resolution.
4. Payment Terms
Standard credit terms may be extended to approved clients. Outstanding payments are subject to late fees where legally permissible.
5. Limitation of Liability
Omega Seafoods shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our maximum liability in all instances is limited to the value of the order in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be settled within the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
